IN-Game Rules

1) No one is allowed to insult members of the Moon RO staff.
Such slander will not be tolerated and may result in 5days of being banned, jail, or mute; depending on the degree of insult.

2) Never ask anyone who is in the Moon RO staff for items/zeny/levels or anything that is obviously welfare related.
Such slothfulness will not tolerated and may result in being jailed or muted.

3) Requesting an event is definitely unacceptable.
Such absurdity is not admitted and may result in being muted. Game masters do have their own conscience. They do not need to be reminded when or how they should make an event.

4) Be sure to respect every player that you meet in Moon RO as you embark in your glorious adventure in the world of Midgard.
Respect your fellow players; as much as possible, try to refrain from insulting players. Remember, behind that tiny-pix elated Ro character, is a person who has affection.

5) Using 3rd party programs such as "Hacks, bots, and etc." will not be tolerated.
Bots and hacks are quite patently unfair toward players who actually work hard for their equipment. So frankly, do not use them.

6) Spamming is not permitted anywhere, anytime, & anyhow.
This involves spamming in town, the BC, and elsewhere. Spamming is plainly annoying. People who are caught spamming will be given a warning. If you insist on continuing to spam, then you will be muted or jailed. Furthermore, spamming in any form will be forbidden which includes - forum spamming, in-game spamming.

7) PvP/GvG fairly.
People who exploit the @warp command or anything that provides the player with a complete advantage over someone else, will be convicted and will be jailed. 8) Do not impersonate anyone (especially GM(s) or Admin(s))

8) PHP Dealing.
Players are not allowed to PHP deal to any players ingame. Someone break this rules will be account deletion / IP Ban

9) Cross Server Trading.
Players are not allowed to deal to cross trade items in any servers. If someone caught doing this act will be permanetly IP Ban and account deletion.

Remember GM's dont ask for your password/email.
True GM's have ™ in thier names Any Hack/Lost item will be not given back. so please be carefull. Takenote: same goes for donators, we are not resposible on your own carelessness.

Hack/Scam Policy

1. If you got hack, GM and staffs are not responsible for the lost items.
2. Its your responsibility to take care of your account, make sure you use @lock to secure your accounts.
3. Lost items will not be given back.
4. You can report a hack/scam case in report section in forums, provided a screenshot.

Forum Rules

Senseless and Pointless Posting of Topics
Post all your senseless posts and topics on the Chit-Chat Section.
Post useful topics, It will be much appriciated.
First offense:

• 10% warn
• Topics will be closed
Second offense:

• 20% warn.
Third offense:

• 24 hour restriction.
• Closed topic.

Spamming
To create a short or irrelevant posts. Take time, think about what you are about to post.
Make your post more insightful. Don't be greedy on post counts, it won't make you rich tongue.gif
First offense:

• 10% warning
Second offense:

• 10% warn per spam post.
• Deletion of post
• f repeated continiously = 24 hour post restriction.

Immoral Speech
Please don't speak offensive and profound words/languages.
Because not everyone gets your jokes.
First offense:

• 20% warning
Second offense:

• If repeated constantly = 24 post restriction.
Third Offense:

• Account Ban

Flamming
Insulting other player's behaviors, looks or race.
First offense:

• 10% warn
Second offense:

• 20% warn
• If repeated continiously = 24 post restriction
• Deletion of post

Advertising of Other servers
You are not allowed to post or even talk about other server on the forums.
First offense:

• Forum account ban
Second offense:

• IP ban.

Donation Policy

1. Donation are not refundable!

2. Note that by donating, you are helping to keep the server alive. You are not buying items! We simply give you a small gift to show our gratitude and to thank you for your support.

3. No item refining will be granted (again for balancing purposes).

4. Moon RO and its staff members are NOT responsible if any funds is to be lost due to any reason (Hacks/Scams).

5. Its your responsibility to interpret and fully understand this document, and that by donating you therefore declare your full legally bounding agreement to this policy, regardless of your abilities/efforts to understand any/all areas covered by it.

IRC Rules

1. Do not advertise/link to any other channel/website. Exclusion: If a person asking for guidance or support regarding a certain problem that requires a website link (related to eAthena software and/or its 3rd party programs).
2. No color abuse (including ‘ASCII art’).
3. No excessive usage/spamming of caps in the channel.
4. Do not private message channel ops without permission. This may result in a kick and/or warning. Repeated offense may result in a ban.
5. No IRC bots/scripts are allowed (except ones deemed appropriate by the channel founder). No clones are allowed either.
6. No racism/bigotry allowed in any way.
7. All URLs that contain offensive material need to be tagged with NWS (Not Work Safe) on the same line! NWS content will be tolerated in moderation, but excessive pornographic links will result in a warning, then a ban.
8. Comparison between eAthena and other RO emulators are allowed with moderation.
9. Do not impersonate any current or former eAthena staff members.
10. Do not spam/flood/nick-change spam/hop spam/command-abuse in the channel.
11. Do not insult any other user in the channel. A rule of thumb: “Treat others as you want to be treated”.
12. Do not attempt to profit off eAthena through any possible means.
13. Non-English chatting is allowed but should be kept to a minimum.
14. No excessive trolling in the channel.

Failure to abide by the rules will result in:
1.Being kicked out from the channel (for first and possibly second offense)
2.Temporary ban.
3.Permanent ban. (or possibly a network-wide ban)
